Return and refund arrangement.
We accept the application for return or refund within 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods, but we will not accept any return or refund due to personal reasons.
* if payment is made by credit card at our offline store, 2.65% of the administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellation of online orders (applicable to Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan)
The customer can cancel the order within 12 hours of the order.
Customers can cancel the order by email to [email protected] within 12 hours of the order.In the next working day, we will contact you and make a deal.We will follow up the cancellations after successful contact with you.
Your payment will be returned to your PayPal account right after successful cancellation of the order.

After you purchase the projector,you can enjoy a 30-day Commodity Exchange period, and replace the goods during the 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. (the replacement period is not a commodity probation period.)We only accept the application for replacement due to defective/damaged/quality problems during the replacement period.To protect your rights and interests, please be sure to visit our store to handle relevant matters.
Other y5.hk products (outside the projection screen) can enjoy a 7-day replacement period.
In general, the returned goods must be in a completely new state and be fully packaged for re-sale or return to the original factory, otherwise we will not accept the application.
The projection screen product does not have a replacement period. However, if there is any defect/damage situation/quality problem, it is necessary to collect the photos after the receipt and contact us immediately, otherwise it will not be processed.

If your product is in line with our return and replacement principle, please call or contact the customer service officer for a refund and exchange application during the exchange period so that we can make arrangements for you.Upon receipt of the application, the customer service officer will ask the applicant to submit a written notice and a photo of the product as the application. We will apply for preliminary approval of the information provided.

Exchange goods or return terms and conditions.
(a) Acceptance of the return of commodities:
1. | Malfunction or damage caused by goods in transit;Defective goods or problem which is caused by impersonal factors. | |
2. | The status or quality of the goods delivered is poor ; | |
3. | The goods delivered are different from those ordered; | |
(b) Do not accept the return of goods(Including but not limited to the following situations):
- Applications submitted after the replacement period which is 30 days;
- The customer did not contact our customer service director before returning the goods.
- The goods returned are not entirely new;
- Man-made damage or severe damage caused by transport.
- Loss or damage of gifts and related articles attached to the goods.
- Personal factors such as product size, design or color.
- Product size specification error due to different measurement methods;
- Gifts(Gifts are not refundable under any circumstances)
- Products that we have declared not accept return or exchange.
- Return or exchange terms are listed by the shop which the goods belong to
- Reasonable deviation between the picture and the product(Color difference caused by light, display or shooting)
- Other unreasonable return and replacement applications.
Refund terms and conditions.
Product refunds are limited to the following situations.
- Cancel the order in processing within 12 hours of order;
- The goods paid have not been delivered.
- The goods that have been paid and delivered are in conformity with the conditions of replace and return, and are verified to accept the return application.
Y5.HK reserves the right to handle unreasonable refund, charging the corresponding $100HKD and 20% additional service charge.
